RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is looking for a Senior Program Manager who will lead a complex, customer-facing program involving multiple workstreams across technology, operations, vendors, and implementation teams. The environment is highly regulated and contract-driven, requiring strong governance, stakeholder management, and execution skills. The ideal candidate is more than a traditional status-reporting Program Manager.
Duties:
* Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills
* Build credibility with senior leaders and customer stakeholders
* Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
* Drive accountability across cross-functional teams
* Navigate both business and technical aspects of large programs
* Stay engaged in details while maintaining a big-picture perspective
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of Program Management experience
* Proven success leading large, complex enterprise programs
* Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
* Strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting skills
* Excellent stakeholder and customer management abilities
* Background leading large-scale implementations or transformation initiatives
* Experience in regulated, government, or contract-driven environments preferred
Work Environment:
* Primarily onsite in New York City
* Extensive collaboration with technology, operations, program management, and executive leadership teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
