RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a MES Acceleration Leader.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MES Acceleration Leader to provide functional leadership and coordination across a critical Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) workstream. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, SAP teams, MES resources, and technical teams to drive execution, manage dependencies, and support integration efforts with legacy systems. The ideal candidate combines strong manufacturing and MES expertise with proven project leadership skills, enabling them to effectively coordinate priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate MES acceleration initiatives, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables
* Partner with project leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive execution and remove roadblocks
* Monitor, track, and communicate project status, risks, issues, and key decisions to both business and technical audiences
* Provide functional expertise related to MES processes, including routings, work orders, and manufacturing operations
* Support the coordination and integration of MES, SAP, and legacy system interfaces
* Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions and work closely with technical teams to support implementation
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
* Drive accountability and follow-through across multiple stakeholders and workstreams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Strong experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a manufacturing environment
* Deep understanding of routings, work orders, and production processes
* Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, prioritization, progress tracking, dependency management, and status reporting
* Working knowledge of SAP and system integrations/interfaces
* Proven ability to lead workstreams and coordinate efforts across business and technical teams
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable functional solutions
* Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in large-scale transformation or system implementation projects
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:
* Remote position
* Four-day workweek
* 10-hour workdays (Eastern Time)
* Fridays off

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
