Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Ramsey, NJ that is seeking a Project Manager. We are looking for local candidates able to work onsite several days per week, however - remote candidates (EST preferred) will also be considered. This is a 6 month contract (through end of fiscal year).

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple technology initiatives across the organization. This role is focused on driving project execution, maintaining accountability across teams, and ensuring projects move efficiently through the full project lifecycle. The Project Manager will work across various technology teams and initiatives and must be comfortable operating in a technology-agnostic environment. This position will help manage a growing portfolio of projects resulting from an increased volume of strategic initiatives and limited project management resources. The PM may also collaborate with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Manage projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and go-live
* Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, and milestones
* Facilitate project meetings and ensure appropriate stakeholder participation
* Maintain project plans, risk logs, issue logs, action item trackers, and status reports
* Drive accountability by following up with team members and stakeholders to ensure commitments are completed on time
* Provide regular project status updates to leadership and project stakeholders
* Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution
* Support change management and go-live activities as needed
* Coordinate efforts across business and technical teams, including offshore resources
* Ensure projects remain aligned with timeline, budget, and business objectives

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7+ years of Project Management experience
* Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience facilitating meetings and managing project documentation
* Proven ability to track and drive action items to completion
* Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, status reports, risk logs, and issue logs

Proficiency with:
* Jira
* Confluence
* Microsoft 365
* Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting Salesforce-related initiatives
* Experience working with SAP Basis teams
* Experience supporting web services or infrastructure-related projects
* Experience with SharePoint
* Experience working with geographically distributed and offshore teams
* Change management and go-live deployment experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
