Job Description:
8-12+ years of overall IT experience, 8+ years of Salesforce Administration and Support experience
Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs simultaneously
Experience in production support, incident management, and enhancement delivery
Support and administer 15-20 Salesforce orgs
Manage requests via ServiceNow and email
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Handle user access, permissions, and SSO issues
Perform configuration updates, field and picklist changes
Partner with business stakeholders and support teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

This role is for a Salesforce admin/support requirement responsible for supporting and administering 15-20 Salesforce orgs across multiple business units.
