Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java J2EE application development, Agile delivery, and modern DevOps practices and a proven ability to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve secure, resilient software.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Java J2EE applications using standard toolsets.
- Apply multiple design techniques to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Work within Agile frameworks and contribute to iterative planning and delivery.
- Implement CI/CD, TDD, and cloud development practices to drive quality and speed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and J2EE, with experience across the development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and at least one common framework.
- Hands-on with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, and cloud development.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Working proficiency across software engineering disciplines, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with application resiliency and security best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-native tooling and deployment environments.
