This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to receive hands-on exposure to lead generation, prospecting, client outreach, networking, and sales development while working with an experienced team.

What You Will Learn & Do

Identify and research potential clients and business prospects.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone outreach, networking, and other channels.
Learn effective cold calling and business communication techniques.
Research client needs and identify potential IT staffing and technology service opportunities.
Reach out to decision-makers and introduce our company and services.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Participate in client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry events.
Support relationship-building activities with prospective clients.
Maintain prospect and sales activity information in CRM systems.
Learn the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to opportunity development and client acquisition.
Work closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams.

Who We''''re Looking For

Recent graduate or candidate with 0–2 years of experience.
Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people.
Strong interest in IT, Technology, Sales, and Business Development.
Willingness to learn prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and B2B sales.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Previous internship, campus sales, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
