Summary

A growing, data-driven organization in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a full-time Analytics Solutions Architect (hybrid schedule) to help modernize and scale its reporting environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, leveraging tools like Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric to deliver impactful analytics solutions across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. The company is actively investing in its data ecosystem and needs someone who can work directly with leadership to define KPIs, build compelling dashboards, and influence how data is used across teams. You'll have the chance to own reporting end-to-end while guiding external consultants on backend architecture, making this a highly visible and influential role with strong growth potential. Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles
Advanced Power BI experience (dashboards, modeling, performance optimization)
Strong DAX skills
Solid SQL experience (joins, CTEs, data validation)
Experience with Salesforce reporting and data structures
Proven ability to gather requirements and work with stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience working in staffing, recruiting, or sales-driven environments
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or cloud data platforms
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
Experience working with third-party or consulting teams
Understanding of data governance and KPI frameworks
