A growing, data-driven organization in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a full-time Analytics Solutions Architect (hybrid schedule) to help modernize and scale its reporting environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, leveraging tools like Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric to deliver impactful analytics solutions across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles
- Advanced Power BI experience (dashboards, modeling, performance optimization)
- Strong DAX skills
- Solid SQL experience (joins, CTEs, data validation)
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and data structures
- Proven ability to gather requirements and work with stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working in staffing, recruiting, or sales-driven environments
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or cloud data platforms
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience working with third-party or consulting teams
- Understanding of data governance and KPI frameworks
