Summary

Our client is seeking an Analytics Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of their reporting and analytics ecosystem. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity for a hands-on leader who can bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, using Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL to turn operational reporting needs into intuitive, actionable insights.

This is a highly visible role that serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical development resources. Our client is looking for someone who combines strong business acumen with advanced analytics expertise, partnering closely with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to define meaningful KPIs and shape reporting architecture. This is not a pure developer role: it's for someone who can communicate effectively with business leaders, challenge assumptions, and become the trusted subject matter expert for the organization's entire analytics ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data-focused roles, including working directly with business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
  • Advanced Power BI experience, including semantic modeling, DAX development, Power Query, dashboard/report design, and dataset optimization
  • Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and data validation/analysis
  • Experience working with Salesforce reporting and data structures
  • Understanding of dimensional data modeling (fact and dimension design) and KPI development
  • Exceptional ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions, with strong verbal, written, and stakeholder-facilitation skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, professional services, or sales-driven organizations
  • Experience with Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, or other cloud-based analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes
  • Experience working with outsourced development teams or third-party technology partners
  • Understanding of data governance and master data management practices
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, statistical analysis, or AI-powered reporting tools
What You Will Be Doing
  • Partner with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to define meaningful KPIs and deliver reporting solutions that drive better decision-making
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, semantic models, and scorecards in Power BI, including advanced DAX calculations and reusable reporting components
  • Design and maintain Salesforce reporting solutions that support recruiting, sales, and operational teams, and improve data quality and usability
  • Collaborate with internal and outsourced development teams to design analytics-ready data structures, fact/dimension models, and data warehouse requirements
  • Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc business requests, investigating and resolving data discrepancies
  • Establish reporting standards, documentation, and a prioritized reporting roadmap, promoting self-service analytics while maintaining data integrity

The Offer

You will receive the following benefits:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Vacation Time
