### Role overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead for a six-month onsite engagement in Orlando, Florida. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, resolve issues and coordinate successful migration into SAP.

Onsite attendance is essential, as the work involves frequent, direct discussions with business teams.

### Key responsibilities

- Lead the planning and delivery of SAP data migration activities.
- Work with business stakeholders to agree data requirements, mapping rules and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate data extraction, cleansing, transformation and loading.
- Manage migration testing, reconciliation and business validation.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, migration risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate migration rehearsals and final cutover activities.
- Communicate progress, issues and required decisions to business and project stakeholders.

### Required experience and skills

- Proven experience leading data migration for SAP programmes.
- Strong understanding of migration processes, data quality and reconciliation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear migration rules and activities.
- Experience coordinating business teams, technical teams and implementation partners.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work onsite in Orlando, Florida, for the contract duration.
- Availability to start at short notice.
