Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer in Philadelphia, PA.
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions that enable secure, scalable data exchange across business-critical applications and external partner systems.
This role will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations across ERP, CRM, analytics, HR, and third-party platforms while contributing to integration architecture, modernization initiatives, and ongoing operational support. The ideal candidate combines strong technical integration skills with the ability to design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations
* Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions
* Develop integrations across cloud, on-premises, and external partner systems
* Monitor and support existing integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data quality
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, data flow, transformations, and system performance
* Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, mappings, and support procedures
* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
* Contribute to integration standards, architecture decisions, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, MIS, or a related technology discipline; Equivalent experience may be considered
* 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations
* Hands-on experience with Boomi integration platform required
* Boomi certifications are preferred but not required
* Experience with additional integration tools such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, is a plus
Technical Requirements:
* Strong experience with enterprise integration technologies and middleware platforms
Experience developing and supporting:
* REST APIs
* SOAP services
* SFTP/FTP integrations
* EDI transactions and partner integrations
* Proficiency working with XML, JSON, CSV, and other structured data formats
* Experience integrating with external APIs and third-party systems
* Strong SQL and relational database experience, including data modeling, queries, and stored procedures
* Experience integrating ERP, CRM, analytics, HR, and other enterprise applications
* Familiarity with integration monitoring, error handling, logging, security, and performance optimization
* Experience with testing and troubleshooting tools such as Postman or similar platforms
* Understanding of infrastructure concepts including networking, storage, backups, disaster recovery, and system administration is preferred

* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
