Summary

Systems Administrator - Epicor | Pennsylvania

Our client, an established manufacturer, is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and enhance its Epicor ERP environment. This role combines technical problem-solving, system administration, and collaboration with teams across the business.

What You'll Work On

Manage Epicor accounts, permissions, security settings, and menus

Troubleshoot recurring problems and help deliver lasting fixes

Maintain dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, updatable BAQs, reports, and Application Studio customizations

Handle data imports, exports, and validation through DMT

Support connections between Epicor and third-party applications

Help test system changes, upgrades, and implementations

Train users and document workflows and support procedures

Skills & Experience

Five years of experience with Epicor ERP, including 10.2 and Kinetic

Manufacturing industry experience

SQL, C#, Crystal Reports, and SSRS skills

Experience customizing the Kinetic interface through Application Studio

Understanding of finance, inventory, and operational processes

Excel proficiency and familiarity with support ticketing tools

Computer Science degree or relevant experience

DMT experience is a plus

What You Can Expect

Full-time position

Salary based on experience, up to $130,000

Pennsylvania: on-site preferred; hybrid arrangements considered

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with occasional after-hours flexibility
