We're growing our development team and looking for developers and technical consultants who enjoy solving complex business problems and building systems that support real operations.


What You'll Work On



  • Build workflows and integrations using Epicor Automation Studio

  • Develop BPMs to automate processes and reduce manual effort

  • Design and build Epicor customizations that support operational workflows

  • Create APIs and integrations connecting Epicor to external systems

  • Build reports, dashboards, and analytics that support decision-making

  • Support implementations, upgrades, and migrations, including Epicor Kinetic

  • Troubleshoot and improve system performance, stability, and scalability

  • Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver solutions


Skills & Experience


We're open to two profiles:


Epicor Developers



  • Hands-on experience with Epicor E9, E10, or Kinetic

  • Experience with Epicor Automation Studio

  • Strong skills in customizations, BPMs, BAQs, and reporting

  • Comfortable working in ERP environments with real business complexity


Developers New to Epicor



  • Strong experience with enterprise or ERP-style systems

  • Solid development skills in C#, .NET, SQL, APIs, and integrations

  • Experience with workflow automation and integration platforms

  • Proven ability to learn complex platforms quickly

  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with business teams


What You Can Expect
