customer-focused Desktop Support Technicians to support a large-scale enterprise authentication modernization initiative. This team will play a critical role in helping thousands of end users transition to Passkey and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity for IT support professionals who enjoy working directly with users, troubleshooting device-related issues, and providing a high-touch support experience during a major technology deployment.
What You'll Do- Assist users with Passkey, Microsoft Authenticator, and MFA enrollment activities.
- Verify user identities and guide users through registration and authentication setup.
- Provide onsite, walk-up, and scheduled support during deployment events.
- Troubleshoot authentication failures, enrollment errors, device registration issues, and account access challenges.
- Support users across Windows, iOS, Android, and other approved platforms.
- Educate users on Passkey authentication, MFA best practices, and new login procedures.
- Document support activities, issues, and resolution outcomes.
- Escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling, deployment coordination, and user communications.
- Maintain migration tracking and confirm successful user onboarding.
What We're Looking For- Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or Tier 2 Support roles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Authenticator, MFA, password management, or authentication-related technologies.
- Ability to follow documented processes and troubleshooting scripts.
- Comfortable supporting Windows, Android, and iOS devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting large volumes of end users.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various sites throughout the Phoenix area as needed.
