Deskside Support Technician - USA and Canada locations

Introduction:

The Deskside Support Technician will be responsible for providing L2 Deskside support, Warehouse Support, printer installation and configuration, handheld/mobile device support, and deployment assistance. This role will require a high level of travel flexibility and the ability to work both onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities:

Provide L2-level technical support for desktops and laptops
Install, configure, and test printers
Support handheld and mobile devices
Handle IT assets in warehouse environments
Document and organize support activities
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Independently troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations
Travel extensively across the US and Canada

Requirements:

Required Skills:

L2-level technical support experience
Experience with desktop/laptop deployment and troubleshooting
Experience with printer installation, configuration, and testing
Experience supporting handheld/mobile devices
Strong understanding of basic networking and device connectivity
Warehouse/IT asset handling experience
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently at customer locations
Willingness to travel extensively across the US and Canada
