Identify bottlenecks in ETL pipelines and implement performance improvement measures.
Drive efficient handling of large-volume data loads, incremental processing, and parallel execution strategies.

Problem Solving & Debugging

Troubleshoot complex ETL failures, data quality issues, and production incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
Support critical production deployments and lead issue resolution during incident management.
Establish monitoring, alerting, and recovery mechanisms for ETL processes.

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead a team of ETL developers and provide technical direction across multiple projects.
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards.
Mentor junior team members and facilitate technical skill development.
Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, resource allocation, and project tracking.
Drive continuous improvement initiative s and adoption of industry best practices.

Database & Programming:

Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and performance tuning solutions.
Create automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python.
Support data validation, reconciliation, and data quality framework implementations.

Communication & Collaboration:

Partner with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and offshore/onshore teams.
Present technical solutions, risks, and recommendations to leadership and business users.
Facilitate requirement discussions, design workshops, and technical reviews.
