Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Dynatrace dashboard templates for application monitoring.
Build reusable dashboards that provide essential service and performance metrics.
Support automation initiatives related to observability and monitoring.
Work closely with a team of 5 6 engineers while serving as the dedicated Dynatrace resource.
Troubleshoot monitoring issues and optimize dashboard performance.
Collaborate with application teams to understand monitoring requirements.

Required Skills

3 5 years of hands-on Dynatrace experience (Mandatory).
Experience creating dashboards, monitoring solutions, and observability metrics.
Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring and application performance management (APM).
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Service Mesh (Istio).
Technology/infrastructure engineering background.
Previous experience in enterprise monitoring environments.
