Position Overview

• We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on Dynatrace experience to support an automation project.
• The selected candidate will create Dynatrace dashboard templates that provide application teams with basic metric information related to the service mesh product.

Key Responsibilities

• Create dashboard templates using Dynatrace.
• Develop dashboards that provide basic application metrics related to the service mesh product.
• Support the automation project.
• Work independently as the primary Dynatrace resource.
• Collaborate with a team of approximately five to six members.
• Troubleshoot dashboard, monitoring, and metric-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with technical team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Dynatrace experience.
• Strong experience creating Dynatrace dashboards and dashboard templates.
• Experience working with application performance metrics and monitoring data.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently as the primary Dynatrace resource.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Istio.
• Experience with Service Mesh technologies.
• General technology or infrastructure background.

Team Structure

• The selected candidate will serve as the primary Dynatrace resource.
• The overall team consists of approximately five to six members.
