Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Responsibilities for this PositionROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVESAs a
Mid-Level Electrical Integration Engineer, you'll be a contributing member of a cross-functional team responsible for the
design, integration, and test of electrical infrastructure, with a focus on
cable plant architecture supporting embedded and mission-critical hardware.

- Electrical integration across complex platforms
- Harness and wiring design using tools such as CREO, Capital, or similar
- Interface definition and connector/backplane design
- Signal integrity and power distribution analysis
- Configuration management of electrical documentation (drawings, schematics, BOMs)
What Sets You Apart:- Working knowledge of electrical engineering processes, standards, and best practices (e.g., MIL-STD-461, MIL-W-22759, or similar)
- Experience translating platform-level requirements into electrical designs
- Familiarity with Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and electrical interface management
- Ability to read and produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills across integrated electrical environments
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across mechanical, software, and systems engineering disciplines
