Summary

Role: Deskside Support Engineer - End User Computing EUC H&F Engineer
Experience: 3 4 Years
Work Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8x5)

Meeting Room & Conference Device Support
Device as a Service (DaaS) Lifecycle Management
Responsible for managing all IT requirements at the client s office while serving as the primary representative of the support team. Also provides H&F support for other technical towers, including Network and Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user and deskside support for hardware and software issues.
Support Windows OS and Microsoft O365 applications.
Manage IT support activities at the client location.
Handle VIP user support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot conference room devices, projectors, and meeting room facilities.
Coordinate with Network and Data Center teams for issue resolution.
Record and track incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool.
Manage device provisioning, replacement, and DaaS lifecycle activities.
