* Proven experience transforming *prototypes/POCs into secure, scalable, production-ready enterprise applications*
* Strong *AWS* experience, including *S3, Lambda, and Bedrock*
* *CI/CD* pipeline development and enterprise DevOps practices
* *Docker & Kubernetes* for containerization and orchestration
* *Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)*
* Enterprise *authentication, authorization, IAM and security controls*
* Automated testing across *backend and UI layers*
* *Git*, branching strategies, code reviews and collaborative development
* *Observability:* logging, monitoring, alerting and production support
* Experience with enterprise application deployment, operationalization, incident response and support handoff
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred / GenAI Skills:
* AI-assisted development tools: *GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro*
* *GenAI, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, RAG, Embeddings/Vector Databases*
* *LLM Evals, Guardrails, Model Fine-Tuning, MCP and Reasoning Models*
* *Graph Databases with LLMs*
* MLOps best practices
* Experience building or modernizing applications in *large/regulated enterprise environments*
