Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer - Intermediate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in full-stack development, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks. This role requires a proactive individual who can design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions while ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs with a focus on secure API practices.
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
• Utilize AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS for application development and deployment.
• Monitor and log application performance using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Datadog.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the development of scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Develop automated testing frameworks using JUnit, Jest, and React Testing Library.
• Leverage containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to AI skills development and agentic flow enablement, including LLM/AI integrations and orchestration.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications:

• Proven 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Next.js, and AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3, and component-driven UI development.
• Experience with building microservices and RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with secure API practices and web performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and version control systems like Git.
• Proficient in monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and containerization/orchestration technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay Range: $75/hr - $80/hr
