Detailed Job Description:
⦁ Lead end-to-end test automation initiatives for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
⦁ Define automation strategy, framework architecture, and execution roadmap aligned with business objectives.
⦁ Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, SeeTest, and UFT.
⦁ Work closely with client stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business teams to understand requirements and quality expectations.
⦁ Drive automation coverage improvement and identify opportunities for test optimization.
⦁ Review automation scripts, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across teams.
⦁ Manage defect triage meetings and provide quality metrics, dashboards, and test status reports to client leadership.
⦁ Support CI/CD integration and continuous testing initiatives.
⦁ Mentor automation engineers and provide technical guidance on framework implementation and troubleshooting.
⦁ Coordinate offshore and onsite teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
