Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned SAP MM Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate will lead SAP Plant Maintenance implementation and migration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements across procurement and inventory management functions.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance implementations and upgrade engagements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Plant Maintenance solutions.
- Configure, develop and test end to end SAP Plant Maintenance functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize business processes.
- Manage integration points with other SAP modules (PP, SD, MM/WM, FI, etc.).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations and/or migration projects.
- Strong understanding of end to end Plant Maintenance processes and cross module integration touch points.
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance configuration and customization.
- 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must and preferable to have upgrade experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.
Preferred Attributes: - Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is
[$90/Hr - $100/Hr]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
