Job Overview:
Pay Rate $40hr - $45hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in testing organization.
- Strong Functional & Automation Testing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on leader in testing organization.
- In-depth understanding of smart meter test methodologies.
- Study test frameworks in market, perform technical analysis and design software/firmware automation test architecture.
- Provide overall leadership on test strategy, automation framework, script design, script execution, environment design and advanced Test Management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and gather automation requirements.
- Lead the design, development, debugging and implementation of test automation.
- Plan the schedule.
- Lead script code reviews and provide guidance on automation best practices.
- Responsible for the research and implementation of advanced features.
- Provide consultation on the most complex testing strategies.
- Provide training and technical support to the test program users.
- Develop and enhance the automation skills within the team.
- Responsible for the design, enhancement and future growth of test automation architecture and framework.
