Job Title: SDET Lead

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite Role)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Position Type: W2 Contract Only

Job Description:

• Hands-on leader in testing organization.
• In-depth understanding of smart meter test methodologies. Study test frameworks in market, perform technical analysis and design software/firmware automation test architecture.
• Provides overall leadership on test strategy, automation framework, script design, script execution, environment design and advanced Test Management strategies. Main objectives are improvement in testing effectiveness, cost and quality.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and gather automation requirements.
• Lead the design, development, debugging and implementation of test automation. Plan the schedule.
• Lead script code reviews and provide guidance on automation best practices.
• Responsible for the research and implementation of advanced features. Provide consultation on the most complex testing strategies
• Provide training and technical support to the test program users. Develop and enhance the automation skills within the team.
• Responsible for the design, enhancement and future growth of test automation architecture and framework.
• Must have skill: SDET
• Preferred skills: Strong Functional & Automation Testing
