· Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design capabilities across responsive web and app experiences.
· Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping and modern UX/UI design practices.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience planning, conducting and analyzing user/usability testing.
· Ability to translate user-testing findings into actionable design improvements.
· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
· Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
· Experience designing end-to-end digital customer journeys.
· Strong interaction and visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
· Experience working with established design systems and component libraries.
· Ability to communicate design decisions and customer insights effectively to senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
· Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
· eCommerce/D2C design experience strongly preferred.
· Experience designing high-traffic transactional or commerce experiences preferred.
