Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Understand user needs, business requirements, and pain points.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and experience maps.
- Develop user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers.
- Maintain design consistency using design systems and guidelines.
- Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design methodologies.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
- Knowledge of user research and usability testing.
- Understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
