RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Legacy Contingent - Producer Digital Gaming to join their team in Playa Vista, CA. As a member of Marketing Creative, the client's internal creative team, you will help bring these franchises to life as we develop campaigns and build creative.
Summary:
As a Producer, you will oversee the project management and production for a range of projects for our gaming commercial platform partner channels with an emphasis on paid media on console. You will ensure a smooth pipeline of projects, a strong relationship with our partners, and a strategic, forward-thinking view of the brand. You will be critical in driving the workflow forward, and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders while delivering work that is high quality and on schedule. You are comfortable managing a high-volume workload with shifting priorities and deadlines, and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to push a project through to completion.
Duties:
* Provide overall project leadership, developing relationships with the marketing and internal creative teams
* Prioritize all deliverables and projects in the pipeline and ensure quality of work meets standards as well as business objectives
* Ensure all individuals and teams providing assets to our team are clear on expectations and delivery dates
* Develop paid media creative briefs, optimize creative to sales conversion via creative feedback, and deliver final asset suite to console partners' guidelines
* Foresee and assess future or potential threats. Adjust schedules as necessary to maintain final project due dates
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years experience in digital production, account, operational, and/or project management, preferably in a consumer marketing or advertising environment working with creative teams
* Able to handle multiple assets under tight deadlines while remaining organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and juggling multiple projects at a time
* Knowledge of digital asset production and specs, social media platforms and best practices strongly preferred
* Working knowledge of video game production a plus, but not required
* Must be able to interact well under pressure with multiple teams on multiple projects with tight deadlines
* Must be extremely organized and have experience tracking and/or trafficking a high volume of assets
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple approval channels
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
