Role Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Administrator (DCSA) specializing in AI solutions. This role is focused on guiding customers through their AI transformation with Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, while ensuring embedded security and AI governance. As a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, you will accelerate AI adoption and change management, helping customers realize business value and ROI. This is a customer-facing position that involves working with partners to drive meaningful Copilot adoption from basic usage to advanced, high-impact user behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Cowork, and Agent, measured through Premium Regular Usage (PRU).
- Serve as the technical advisor for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agents, assisting customers and partners with design, deployment, and operationalization.
- Lead technical unblocking engagements across identity, security, compliance, governance, data access, and platform readiness.
- Advise customers on foundational AI readiness, including data security, oversharing controls, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Orchestrate partner-led execution and leverage delivery resources to accelerate deployment and activation.
- Engage with business and technical decision-makers to connect Copilot usage to measurable business outcomes and align stakeholders on adoption strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer and partner ecosystem by sharing insights, adoption patterns, and success stories to influence product improvements.
- Analyze usage and adoption signals to uncover upsell and new sales pipeline opportunities in partnership with account teams.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7-9 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, software development, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience delivering technical projects for customers.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including the Copilot Control System, adoption and change management, and Copilot Analytics.
- Technical expertise with Microsoft security and compliance, including Microsoft Entra (Conditional Access, identity governance), Microsoft Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP), and SharePoint Advanced Management.
- Experience building and governing AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Possession of at least two of the following technical certifications: MS-102, SC-401, AB-900, AB-100, or AB-730.
