Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Apptio TBM models, including cost allocation, tower mapping, and service costing
• Implement and enhance Apptio applications such as:
o Cost Transparency
o IT Planning
o Billing
o Cloudability (FinOps)
• Develop and manage Apptio data pipelines, rules, metrics, and dashboards
• Perform data integration from multiple sources (ERP, GL, CMDB, Cloud platforms, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Configure ATUM?aligned cost models and allocation logic
• Build custom reports, insights, and scorecards for executive and operational stakeholders
• Support month?end / quarter?end financial processes and variance analysis
• Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, model logic, and performance
• Collaborate with finance, IT, cloud, and procurement teams to drive cost optimization
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing operational support
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong hands?on experience with Apptio (Aptio) TBM platform
• Solid understanding of Technology Business Management (TBM) framework
• Experience with:
o Cost modeling & allocations
o Financial data analysis
o IT Financial Management
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis concepts
• Experience integrating data from ERP/GL systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud cost management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills
