Job Role : Broadcast Application Support Lead
Location: Remote – USA (Must be able to work Eastern or Pacific Time Zone hours)

Important: Candidates MUST have hands-on Broadcast Management System experience, specifically IBMS, MediaGenix WHATSOn, or a similar broadcast distribution/scheduling platform. Do NOT submit Infrastructure Support Lead profiles.
Job Description
We are looking for a Broadcast Application Support Lead to lead application support for critical broadcast scheduling and media management systems. The candidate will lead Application Support Analysts, manage production incidents, troubleshoot application issues, coordinate changes/releases, and drive continuous improvement.
Must Have Skills
Preferred: Broadcast/Media industry experience, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, PowerPoint and Visio.
