Requirements

5 years or more of experience in data strategy, measurement analytics, BI, or analytics consulting within client-facing environments.

Proficiency in translating business objectives and stakeholder decisions into KPIs, metrics, measurement strategies, and reporting requirements.

Experience with stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, acceptance criteria, dashboard scoping, and decision-to-metric mapping.

Experience in measurement concepts including baselines, comparison groups, lift, incrementality, exposure, and ROI.

Experience with data readiness assessments, data dictionaries, data quality, BI reporting, commercial data, and analytics delivery.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to capture business priorities, decisions, pain points, and analytics needs.

Translate business questions into measurable objectives, KPIs, data requirements, reporting specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Define dashboard requirements covering target audiences, use cases, measures, views, filters, and reporting priorities.

Evaluate source data for quality, gaps, dependencies, assumptions, and limitations that could affect measurement outcomes.

Align business, analytics, strategy, data, and delivery teams on requirements, methodology, priorities, and scope.

Create reusable requirements templates, discovery guides, measurement frameworks, and decision-to-metric documentation.
