Requirements

8 years or more of experience in data privacy, information governance, data security, compliance, or regulated data advisory roles.

Proficiency in data-sharing agreements, de-identification, pseudonymization, data minimization, retention, and access governance.

Experience with client InfoSec, privacy, security, vendor-risk reviews, and governance approvals for sensitive data.

Experience in cross-border data access, offshore or nearshore delivery controls, access restrictions, and distributed teams.

Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, commercial data, sensitive data, and regulated environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities

Review data sources, flows, and analytics use cases to determine applicable privacy, security, and governance controls.

Establish appropriate rules for data sharing, permitted use, minimization, retention, access, and supporting documentation.

Evaluate de-identification, pseudonymization, aggregation, and other protections before sensitive information is transferred or used.

Support InfoSec, privacy, security, and vendor-risk assessments by coordinating responses, evidence, and required approvals.

Define access controls for employees, contractors, offshore resources, and cross-border data processing or delivery.

Develop reusable governance standards, decision records, risk guidance, and controls for data and analytics initiatives.
