Summary

Location: Hybrid – Jackson, MS (6 weeks onsite training, then remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT (40–50 hours/week)

Job Description: Seeking a Business Analyst/Help Desk Analyst to provide end-user support, troubleshoot application issues, manage JIRA tickets, and assist with data conversion activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to resolve incidents, document issues, and ensure seamless system operations.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience supporting SNAP, TANF, or E&T automated benefits systems (Required)
Experience with help desk support, incident management, and troubleshooting
JIRA ticketing system experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
Windows environment experience
SQL Server knowledge is a plus
Government/public sector experience preferred

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Must complete 6 weeks of onsite training in Jackson, MS before transitioning to remote.)
