Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior Secure Workload Engineer with hands-on experience implementing Cisco Secure Workload and enterprise microsegmentation. The engineer will drive workload visibility, application dependency mapping, segmentation policy development, phased rollout, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a Cisco Secure Workload implementation roadmap using pilot and phased rollouts.
Assess existing deployments and recommend improvements for enterprise adoption.
Map application dependencies, traffic flows, and workloads to support segmentation.
Deploy and manage agents across Windows and Linux environments.
Develop, validate, and implement microsegmentation policies through staged enforcement.
Collaborate with network, security, identity, infrastructure, and application teams.
Create implementation documentation, operational procedures, and repeatable onboarding processes.
Provide hands-on coaching and knowledge transfer to customer teams.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Workload or comparable microsegmentation platforms.
Application dependency mapping and traffic-flow analysis.
Workload agent deployment across Windows/Linux environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking, security, identity, and shared services.
Experience developing and operationalizing segmentation policies.
Strong documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
