Job Description:
Serve as the primary point of contact and Tier 1 support for all first‑party (1P) privacy services, including DataGrid, DSR Services, DataScan, DataMap, Insights reporting.
Oversee the complete maintenance and operation of the IcM Data Agent, which manages manual DSRs. Manage and resolve all IcMs assigned to the NGP Data Agent Support team across the above components.
Provide accurate responses to all 1P privacy‑related queries across multiple channels such as Email, Stack Overflow, and IcM.
Develop new TSGs or update current ones to cover all issues being addressed.
Address and correct documentation issues identified by customers, ensuring validation through FTE review.
Establish continuous measurement systems to monitor team performance and highlight monthly improvements.
Provide support to 1P Privacy partners by addressing their queries and actively promoting awareness and understanding of all 1P Privacy components, including DataGrid, DSR Services, DataScan, DataMap, Insights reporting
Expertise: IAM Architect in DataGrid, DSR Services, DataScan, DataMap, Insights reporting.
Experience: Greater than 10 years
Experience Level: 10+ years minimum in relevant roles.
