Reports to: the Manager, Global ITSM in the Global Technology Services department

Position Overview: Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a highly adaptable candidate to assist with application and process training, tech support on break fix issues, service requests, and workflow support for internal colleagues. This unique role allows full visibility into global support issues affecting a multitude of desktop, network, application, manufacturing, and cloud platform technologies. It is a front-line assignment. The candidate should expect an immersive learning opportunity providing insight into manufacturing technologies and the value of an agile and efficient IT support department. The ability to quickly learn new technologies, resolve issues, and timely updates while delivering best in class customer service are paramount to success in this role. Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications:

o Certifications with experience (Comptia A+, Network+, MCSA, MCDST, CCNA, etc)

o Troubleshooting experience with hardware, desktop applications, cloud applications, middleware, Office 365, Google Cloud, Windows OS, Mac OS, SSO technologies, VPN technologies, and all related modern security protocols in each

o Training experience
