URGENT HIRING – EPIC BEAKER ANALYSTS – 100% REMOTE – W2 ONLY
We are hiring experienced Epic Beaker professionals for multiple 100% Remote W2 opportunities.

- Epic Beaker Build Analyst
- Epic Beaker Interface / Data Innovations Analyst
- Epic Beaker Readiness / Flex Analyst
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have strong Blood Bank experience along with hands-on experience in Anatomic Pathology (AP) and/or Molecular Biology build in Epic Beaker.
MAK System experience is a plus, but not required.
Epic Beaker Build Analyst
- High-volume Epic Beaker AP/CP build, configuration, and optimization.
- Support build strategy for worklists, specimen storage, QC, and related workflows.
- Translate business and operational requirements into system configuration.
- Lead build activities aligned with testing and design decisions.
- Support workflow optimization and design validation.
Epic Beaker Interface / Data Innovations Analyst
- Data Innovations (DI) use and rule-build experience is REQUIRED.
- Support laboratory instrument interfaces, middleware, and instrument integration.
- Validate data flow between laboratory systems and other applications.
- Perform/update DI rule builds as required.
- Troubleshoot interface and integration issues with technical teams.
Epic Beaker Readiness / Flex Analyst
- Support testing, validation, and Go-Live readiness.
- Clinical Content Validation and Instrument/Non-Instrument Mapped Record Testing.
- Execute defect resolution and validation activities.
- Support build change requests and operational testing.
- Address high-priority backlog items and critical-path activities.
- Collaborate with laboratory, clinical, technical, and application teams.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Epic Beaker experience.
- Epic Beaker certification; AP and/or CP strongly preferred.
- Experience with systems analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation.
- Strong UAT, validation, workflow analysis, and defect-resolution experience.
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder validation.
- Experience with complex system integration.
- Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Experience:
Blood Bank, Anatomic Pathology (AP), Clinical Pathology (CP), Molecular Biology, Data Innovations (DI), MAK System, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
