The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT project management, preferably within banking or financial services, with experience leading complex transformation initiatives involving both business and technology teams.
During the initial phase, this individual will support enterprise program management activities while helping establish the program's Data & Reporting workstream.
Lead program-level planning, execution, coordination, and governance activities for a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, implementation roadmaps, RAID logs, status reports, executive presentations, and steering committee materials.
Manage multiple workstreams, project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Partner with business stakeholders, data architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technology teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
Support the establishment and execution of the Data & Reporting workstream, including reporting requirements, data governance, and implementation planning.
Analyze business and technical requirements to define implementation strategies, technical workstreams, and delivery plans.
Coordinate workshops to document reporting requirements, data assets, taxonomy, governance processes, and opportunities for business process improvements.
Support the development of current-state inventories of enterprise reports, data assets, and reporting processes.
Evaluate reporting solutions, system dependencies, implementation impacts, and technical readiness.
Coordinate technical planning, testing readiness, deployment activities, and implementation milestones.
Work within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.
Prepare and communicate project updates, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to executive leadership and steering committees.
Drive stakeholder accountability, issue resolution, and timely completion of project deliverables.
7+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience, managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Experience managing complex data, reporting, analytics, or information management initiatives.
Strong understanding of project governance, integrated planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with both business and technology organizations.
Experience working with executive leadership, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile delivery teams.
Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans and implementation strategies.
