Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and project deliverables across complex IT environments. This role requires expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, enterprise application delivery, and stakeholder communication at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT and digital transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, workshops, and status reporting.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, forecasts, and executive presentations.
• Drive requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and business process discussions.
• Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale enterprise technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Experience with customer-facing applications, web platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, MarTech platforms, CDP, or digital customer experience solutions.
• Experience working with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Procurement, or PMO organizations.
• SAFe, Scrum Master, PMP, or related Project Management certifications.
• Automotive, retail, consumer-facing, or large enterprise industry experience.
