As the Infor VISUAL Finance Functional Lead (R2R), you will be responsible for overseeing the finance operations within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

Lead and manage finance operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring the effective execution of R2R processes.
Oversee month-end close activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Provide functional leadership and guidance to finance teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial performance.
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries.
Travel to client sites as needed to support on-site activities and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

<>Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on Infor VISUAL Finance experience.
Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Month-End Close.
Experience running finance operations in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Job Costing, Inventory Valuation, WIP Valuation, and Standard Cost Variances.
Experience with R2R (Record-to-Report) processes.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.

<>Preferred Skills

Experience with Infor LN, SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial), or M3.
Multi-site / Multi-entity implementations.
VISUAL ERP upgrade experience.
Experience in Make-to-Order (MTO) or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environments.
