As the Infor VISUAL Finance Functional Lead (R2R), you will be responsible for overseeing the finance operations within a manufacturing environment. This role involves ensuring the smooth execution of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, managing month-end close activities, and providing leadership in finance operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver financial insights and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring the effective execution of R2R processes.
• Oversee month-end close activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to finance teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial performance.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support on-site activities and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Infor VISUAL Finance experience.
• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Month-End Close.
• Experience running finance operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Job Costing, Inventory Valuation, WIP Valuation, and Standard Cost Variances.
• Experience with R2R (Record-to-Report) processes.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.

• Experience with Infor LN, SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial), or M3.
• Multi-site / Multi-entity implementations.
• VISUAL ERP upgrade experience.
• Experience in Make-to-Order (MTO) or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environments.
