Role and Experience
· Lead the end‑to‑end technical design of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS) , LPI data model and custom applications.
· Develop and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce and related systems.
· Develop, customize, enhance salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures)
· Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
· Provide technical guidance to development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to design principles and security standards.
· Oversee integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
· Conduct impact assessments for new features, enhancements, and platform updates.
· Ensure optimized system performance, data integrity, security controls, and compliance (including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data governance).
· Support deployment strategies, CI/CD processes, and environment management.
· Serve as a subject matter expert during requirement workshops, design reviews, and solution validation.
· Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
· Extensive experience designing and implementing large‑scale Salesforce solutions.
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
· Experience with complex data modeling, security design, and performance optimization.
· Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
· Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII) are required and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect credentials preferred.
