Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Salesforce Tech Lead.
- This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce development it sits at the intersection of enterprise integration architecture, data engineering, and AI-augmented delivery.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, leads with technical depth, and embraces Generative AI and Agentic AI tools as a core part of their daily engineering workflow.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform internals
- Strong experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms (REST APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
- Proven track record in data migration projects ETL design, transformation logic, reconciliation, and cutover execution
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling
- Active daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context
- Experience in Experience Cloud / Community portals, Service Cloud case management, and workflow automation
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II (required); Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer (strongly preferred)
- Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with awareness of compliance and audit requirements
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Agentforce
- Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms
- Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems
- Background in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models
- MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Associate certification
