What will your day look like?

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements

• Build and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality to support business processes and growth initiatives

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce

• Evaluate business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable technical solutions

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs

• Create and support automation solutions using Salesforce Flows and declarative platform capabilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring platform reliability and performance

• Develop and maintain unit tests and ensure compliance with Salesforce testing and deployment standards

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices

• Support CI/CD processes and source control management using modern Salesforce development tools

• Estimate development effort, track work progress, and contribute to project planning activities

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and project stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Strong hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform

• Expertise with Apex, including triggers, classes, batch Apex, queueable Apex, schedulable Apex, and asynchronous processing

• Experience developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce

• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL, including query optimization and governor limit considerations

• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flow, validation rules, and workflow automation

• Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and callouts

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls

• Experience working across multiple Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and deployment pipelines

• Experience developing and maintaining Apex test classes with meaningful test coverage

• Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Salesforce DX, CI/CD practices, and modern development environments such as VS Code

• Strong understanding of application development methodologies and coding standards

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or equivalent experience

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification or equivalent experience

• Experience developing mobile-enabled Salesforce solutions

• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices

• Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments

• Familiarity with DevOps and release management practices within Salesforce ecosystems
