Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Architect capacity
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and Salesforce platform internals
- Proven expertise in enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
- Strong data engineering background including data modeling, ETL/ELT design, large-scale migrations, and data quality governance
- Demonstrated daily use of Generative AI and Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context with measurable productivity outcomes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-org DevOps tooling
- Salesforce Architect certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (required); Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
- Integration Architecture Designer and Data Architecture Designer certifications strongly preferred
- Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with working knowledge of NERC compliance and audit requirements
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Agentforce, and Field Service Lightning
- Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding and delivery platforms
- Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems
- Background in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models and vendor governance
- MuleSoft Certified Architect or Integration Professional certification
- Familiarity with GIS/ESRI integrations or geospatial data platforms in a utility context
