You will collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions focused on Sales Cloud and Agentforce. You will lead implementation efforts across Salesforce applications and integrations, support modernization initiatives, and maximize platform value through declarative design standards. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Join us. The world can't wait.

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative and programmatic solution development
  • Experience leading Agile development teams and participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, source control management, automated testing, and release automation
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans, conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production environments
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Lambda, API Gateway, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps
  • Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and advanced Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, MuleSoft Developer, MuleSoft Platform Architect, or MuleSoft Integration Architect Certification
