Job Title: Program Manager/ Project Manager

Location: Miami, Florida

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 10+ years

Industry Focus: Wealth Management / Financial Services / IT Services & Analytics

Required Experience:

At least 12 years of experience in program or project management within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of advisor workflows, client onboarding, custodial processes, compliance, and reporting.
Experience managing multisystem programs involving CRM, portfolio management, data platforms, and digital tools.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executivelevel presentation skills.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with business and technology teams.

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce, Azure, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Background in data governance, analytics, or digital transformation.
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
Prior experience working with RIAs, brokerdealers, or wealth management technology vendor
