Prolim is hiring for a Messagng Support Engineer for a leading client.

Contract: Long term
Location: Remote

Job Description & Skill Requirement

Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques in Telecom domain and Mobile (4G/5G/LTE) Core networks.
Experience in Case Handling, including Emergency Support activities.
Experience in Conducting root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Messaging domain including of Nokia Messaging products including SMSC/MMSC, BMC, Presence Server.
Competences and Expertise in LTE/5G system validation (end-to-end performance, KPI handling.
Deep knowledge and understanding of protocols like CIMD, SMPP, MM7 including knowledge of HTTP, TLS, IPSEC.
Solid experience with Protocol Analyzer Tools (Wireshark) and internal message flow protocols.
Knowledge and experience with Linux. Strong scripting skills and ability to automate manual tasks which could be easily converted to a script using shell, python.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack, Kubernetes, CBIS, CBAM, and NCS.
